We are operating on an appointment only basis. Please do not visit our premises without prior arrangement.

Please read below for further information regarding our repair services.

When you bring in an item for repair we will require a minimum payment (assessment fee) to begin with and then if the unit can be repaired for less than an agreed amount we will go ahead and repair it.

Anything more than that agreed amount we will let you know and you can decide what to do.

If your item is bulky or heavy please arrange assistance as we will not be able to help.

It is our policy not to give an estimate of repair cost before we have seen the goods, unless it is a specific part replacement job we are familiar with as it is generally very inaccurate and therefore

misleading. (We do have fixed prices for some repairs and services such as a general service on a Technics 1210/1200 deck.)

We charge £50.00 per hour for most items with an assessment fee of £40.00 per item for HiFi and £60.00 assessment fee per item for keyboards and reel to reel recorders (dependant on size) on receipt of the goods for repair.

This assessment fee is taken off the final bill.

Our turnaround time is very dependant upon demand at the time but we are normally very busy.

We will advise you on the anticipated time it will take to complete your service or repair at the time of booking.
